Custom sensor nodes in 22,000-bird sheds, with readings and alerts sent to the manager's phone. Three critical conditions triggered warnings and were acted on; hardware cost about 75% less than the imported alternative.
Poultry Ledger

An offline-first app that photographs a trader's handwritten slip into an editable table. Unreadable digits come back as null rather than a guess. In daily use.
